Meditation and Movement 

The first half of this class includes gentle movements and requires no previous yoga experience. During the guided meditation half of the class, you are invited to lay in a supported and comfortable position. A lovely class to relax and unwind.

7:30pm - 8:15pm - Live on Zoom

$40 / session
