Join Tanya for Meditation and Movement live via Zoom! The movement portion of the class can be practiced on your yoga mat or seated on a chair - your choice! Gentle yoga poses will shake off the tension from the day and help transition to the meditation portion of the class.
During the guided meditation, you are encouraged to lay in a supported and comfortable position. This can be on your yoga mat with pillows and blankets or any comfy place in your home. Feel free to cozy up on your couch, bed or LazyBoy chair!
