Our Classes

Our Yoga and Singing Bowl classes provide a unique experience, offering movement with variations of poses to support your level of practice. During Savasana, the final resting pose, the singing bowls are played  to invite a deeper state of relaxation. This class is a beautiful blend of movement and rest.

Our Live Online Yoga class offers you the opportunity to practice in the comfort of your own home. Using Zoom, you can join our classes and explore different poses to support a given weekly theme. Each class will conclude with a guided relaxation body scan to help you end your practice feeling ease and rested.

Join us for a relaxing evening of meditation and intention setting under the new moon. The new moon marks the beginning of the next lunar cycle, inviting us to pause and bring into our attention what it is that will support us as we move through the next month. This class will begin with a small intention setting practice before moving into the beautiful and supportive sound meditation. A lovely evening practice designed to invite connection, ease and relaxation.
