Weekly Classes

Each individual class session runs for 6 weeks and costs $70

Should you wish to start a session that's underway, we are more than happy to adjust the fee for the remaining weeks.

We are always delighted to have you drop in to a class for $15

*As some classes are quite full, it is a good idea to send us an email beforehand to confirm space will be available*


Classes are held at Acadia Hall with exception of Teen class


This class is a slower paced class that covers fundamental yoga poses.

It's a great starting place for anyone looking to begin learning yoga or an opportunity for a seasoned 

practitioner looking for a gentle practice.

The Teen Classes offer a fun, safe and inviting space for teens to explore the practice of yoga. Students will learn how to safely practice physical poses (Asana) and will be introduced to breath practices (Pranayama) and Meditation.

All classes will meet the teen where they are, so no previous experience is required. Students will be provided with age appropriate knowledge, experience and reference materials so they may confidently continue their practice beyond class time.

A class for all levels of students with some basic knowledge of yoga poses.

The breath moves the body to create a continuous flow of poses with options for more challenging variations of postures.

Special Classes


Andrea and Terra (of Awaken Vibrational Sound Therapy) join forces to offer you a 75 minute class of complete relaxation and rejuvenation.

Class begins with a few gentle stretches, followed by laying down with pillows and blankets for the meditation practice of  Yoga Nidra and complimentary sounds and vibrations of the singing bowls to draw your attention even deeper inward.

We bring you back to awareness and finish class with a short seated meditative sound healing session to integrate your experience and gently reawaken.

Once a month Friday 7-8:15pm


*You will need to bring your own blanket and pillow to this class

Did you know that weekly yoga classes in your workplace have been shown to increase productivity, reduce sick days, and enhance overall well-being of staff?

We can bring yoga to your workplace so you too can feel the benefits of this practice firsthand; without even having to leave the office!

Classes are tailored to your needs - from Intro to Yoga, a Stress Reducing Gentle Flow or even a Vigorous Vinyasa.

Don't have a workplace gym? No worries! Let's get creative with the space you have available. We've hosted classes in a boardroom, lunchroom, and even in a workshop garage! 

Our Yoga @Work program, like our regular sessions, runs in 6 week cycle commitments. 

1 hour class $100/per week ($600)

45 min class $75/per week ($450)

Flat rate price for 10 or fewer participants, regardless of attendance. Please add $8 per person per week above 10.

*Additional fees may apply to cover expenses such as parking and mileage.

Andrea and Tanya are available to teach private classes to individuals, small or large groups.

Getting together to do yoga with friends is a great activity for anyone looking for a healthy activity to do together.

1 hour private $50

1 hour group(2-5ppl) $80

1 hour group(6 or more ppl) $15 per person

This is a slower paced class that begins with the

stillness of  predominantly seated,  grounding Yin postures, then moves into the mostly standing, more energetic postures of a Mixed Levels Vinyasa Flow. Class will gently return to some seated or reclined Yin or Restorative postures before settling in to a restful and nourishing Savasana.

This class is a lovely blend of stillness and movement to create balance in body and mind.
